De-Stress With CALS: Yoga and Stretches

Join the CALS Academic Programs team for a 30-minute online yoga session. This session will consist of simple breathing exercises, beginner yoga poses and gentle stretches that can help you de-stress and encourage relaxation and mindfulness. Also, you can download positive affirmations from this Google folder. The yoga and stretch session is led by Deidra Craig and Krystal Lynch. Open to all students, faculty and staff.
