Speaker Background:
Dillon Baxter cofounder and CEO of PlantSwitch, an alternative plastics company developing plant-based, compostable alternatives to petroleum-based plastics. PlantSwitch recently opened a Sanford, NC facility with over 50 million pounds of annual production capacity and are working with several Fortune 500 clients to replace plastic throughout their supply chain. Dillon and his cofounder Maxime Blandin were recently named in Forbes 30 under 30 for Manufacturing and Industry, 2024; Dillon graduated with a degree in finance and alternative asset management Southern Methodist University in Texas, where he also played collegiate golf.
