SUMMARY:North Carolina Processing and Products Academy
DESCRIPTION:The Processing and Products Academy (PPA) workshop will include topics on primary\, secondary\, further processing\, meat chemistry\, meat quality and defects\, process improvement\, products\, and safety for 1 days.
