RIoT Wilson Pre-Accelerator Program

RIoT presents a new, unique business coaching resource for the Wilson community this Fall. The RIoT Wilson Pre-Accelerator Program is a six-week course to support small businesses during a tumultuous time.

Who: You are a small business owner, startup founder, or prospective entrepreneur.

When: The program launches Nov. 8 and wraps up Dec. 13. Time commitment is three 90-minute workshops and three 1-hour advising sessions (to be scheduled once your application has been approved) over the course of six weeks. Dates:

• Nov. 8, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
• Nov. 22, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
• Dec. 6, 5:30-7:30 p.m.

What: Weekly virtual workshops and advising sessions specifically tailored to help you reach your next milestones. The course covers the below topics as well as strategies for navigating business in a post-COVID economy:

1. Core Business Truths & Best Practices: What are all the ingredients you need to operate a successful business? What are the habits you must build as a business owner to establish and grow your business?
2. Validation: How do you continually engage with your customers (or potential customers) and understand if you’re solving a real problem with the right solution?
3. Operations 101: How do you manage your finances, your team, and your customer relationships?

This program is free of charge. RIoT has 4-6 available slots.
