October 24 @ 9:00 am - October 25 @ 6:00 pm

Bring your kids and join Cooperative Extension and the DPS Hub Farm to learn about these incredible pollinators and build your own bat box!

*EVENT SOLD OUT! TO BE ADDED TO THE WAITLIST EMAIL AMAUNEY@NCSU.EDU*

What? The Pollinator Series is a 3 part workshop brought to you by the DPS Hub Farm and Durham Cooperative Extension. This October, we’ll begin the first part of the series by learning about bats and building your own bat box. This is a family friendly event and children of all ages are encouraged to participate!

When? When registering, select which workshop date you would like to attend (October 24 or Oct 25). Both events will be the same and held from 4-6pm at the Hub Farm.

How Much? The cost of each ticket ($20) provides supplies for building one bat box. Up to 6 people in a family can work on the same box! If cost is a barrier to your participation, please email amauney@ncsu.edu. We’re more than happy to provide scholarships to families in need.

Stay tuned for part 2 and part 3 of the Pollinator Series (Bees and Birds) in Spring of 2024!
