Food Safety for Small Farms Hands-on Workshop

Hands-on workshop for small farm food safety practices and handling set-up to get you ready to complete a food safety plan.

This hands-on workshop, given by Chloe Johnson of Carolina Farm Stewardship Association will cover all the details of what of Good Agriculture Practices and what is important to address on the farm when handling food that will be sold to the public.

This workshop will be a great way to gain knowledge on setting up a produce handling area, and simple solutions for managing produce post harvest, and the people who pick the produce.

This workshop is limited to 15 people due to COVID restrictions.

Mask must be work by all attendees and practice social distancing.
