Early Succession Planting and Taking Softwood Cuttings

April 25, 2021 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Learn the basics of planning a garden that will go year round and how to take softwood cuttings.

With a little bit of planning you can grow and harvest veggies all year long. Learn which plants to begin the year with, and what to plant at the end of the summer for fall and early winter harvest.

Looking to up your propagation game? In the second half of class, learn to grow new plants from cuttings of spring growth.  Demo will include the equipment and supplies needed to set up a simple home system and how to take and prepare cuttings.
