Durham 4-H Summer Fun: Virtual Craft Triathalon
August 10, 2020 @ 9:00 am - August 14, 2020 @ 3:00 pm

This virtual summer fun camp is lead by our longtime partner Dannell Warthen. Youth ages 9-15 can participate virtually through Zoom to work on sewing skills and projects. Due to the nature of the virtual camp, it is preferred that you have your own sewing machine (although additional machines are available) and that the youth has some experience with that machine, or has an adult present in the room to assist. This five day camp includes two sessions per day, one at 9:00-10:30am, followed by a lunch break, and then another session from 12:30-3:00. Participants must also enroll on 4-H Online. Only six spots are available for reservation due to the specific needs of a zoom-led course. Cost for materials will be covered in the enrollment costs. Those materials can then be picked up from the Cooperative Extension Building, along with a machine if necessary, prior to the week of camp. For more questions contact Mac Hulbert, 4-H Agent, at gmhulber@ncsu.edu.
