Connecting with Diverse Startup Founders
November 4, 2021 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Join this informative, inspirational event that spotlights the wisdom and successful paths traveled by minority and female startup founders. Through a panel discussion and networking, you’ll hear stories and talk directly with founders who are historically underrepresented in this sector and who want to build relationships with talented students. Come and look for a unique internship experience with a minority-founded startup.
These founders have navigated entrepreneurial challenges encountered more often by minority and female entrepreneurs and can draw upon their experiences to help you plan for what’s next on your own career journey. And beyond providing long-term career advice, a number of these founders are interested in talking with students about immediate internship and job-training opportunities – chances to engage in valuable workplace learning and career prep. Don’t miss this chance to gain career inspiration and experience. This event is casual.
