September’s speaker, Skip Kemp of Kemp Fisheries, is an aquaculture expert and enthusiast, advising on the installation and operation of on In-Pond Raceway Systems for aquaculture around the world. He is also passionate about getting IPRS installed in the US and wants to help those who are interested in venturing into aquaculture or improving existing systems. He has ideas for reducing the build costs for new entrants, figuring out grant funding for developing new methods and he is ready to brainstorm!
